I was so tired of training office staff over and over.  The turnover rate is amazing.  It’s like no one really wants to work anymore.  I don’t remember it being like this when I started off working.  People stuck around for years and would become part of the “family.”  Now I’m trying to find just a few good employees that I can pay better and will stay.  My plan to accomplish this involves using lytec EMR/MD.  I’m hopeful that with the tools offered by Lytec one really good employee will be able to do the job of a few thus allowing me to pay more, expect more, and get more.

My new trucks for work have trailer hitch mounted cargo carriers on them. We bought them in bulk from the site and have been so happy with them. The cargo carriers have so much room that we don’t have to take two trips for work anymore. We can load up all the equipment and take it back to the shop and shave off 45 minutes for the day. I was really glad we found the website to order these cargo carriers or we probably would have had to pay an arm an a leg for as many as we purchased.

I moved into a new apartment recently and the noise from the neighbors has been awful! I spoke with the building manager but it has not made much difference. They still continue with the noise at all hours. I looked at our common wall and it’s only 1 stud thick! A decent party wall would be 2 studs thick. Not only is this awful for fire retardation, it does nothing to reduce noise. When my lease is up there is no way I will stay here. I am already looking at other apartments and this time asking about how thick the common walls are.

It’s not that I don’t have faith in my doctor - I just have more faith in my own instincts.  As a result, I pay attention to what my physician tells me, then do my homework.  I usually can find a natural solution to most problems.  That way I avoid the side effects of antibiotics and other medicines, while saving money and curing the problem. In fact, my solutions are often better than the doctor’s.  When I needed a way to eliminate vaginosis, a natural cure got rid of the problem far more quickly than a prescription would have.  My doctor is still important to me, but I know my body better.  So far I haven’t gone wrong.

It amazes me how many people use Hyip Forums to spam their messages. I always do an IP check, especially where posts look the same, and spambots look as though they are being used. Earlier today I caught some spam which belonged to a particular IP address. I checked the IP and found over 100 usernames, all spammers, on that IP address. Shortening the number string showed up even more usernames. So, naturally, I’ve banned that address, so that should take up quite a few spammers up into the net, and prevent any new usernames on that IP from registering in the future.

I would recommend going on holiday to the Dorset countryside.  Holiday Cottages in Dorset are the places where I have enjoyed many a great time on vacation.  There is still a vast amount to do, even in the peaceful back waters of the country that my wife loves so very much.  After staying in holiday cottages on the south coast of Britain for 20 years, I think that we have still not seen everything there is to see yet.  We noticed that the colors of the countryside change along with the seasons, each time we go on a countryside vacation.
