Lost in Guitar Forums

I know that all great things are worth waiting for and that is why I am sticking to the new forum room that I found. I have long been a member of a couple of different guitar forums but the new one that I found recently has a great index page alone of all the different topics going on. Where I am lost is the fact that I am not a computer programmer or knowledgeable in the computer at all and I am having a hard time navigating through the site. Once I get it though I am sure that I will love all the options.
