When I was in college, some friends and I traveled to Toronto on a weekend trip.  While it was not the most exciting of locations that we could have traveled to, it was one that interested me the most.  After I graduated, I took a good look at Toronto as a city that I would begin my professional career in.  After a few months, I began to look at a mortgage Toronto.  While these are not the most idealistic economic conditions to make a large purchase, the rates that are being given to first time home buyers can not be beat.
