Electronics on the Floor

In this day it age it is becoming more and more important to be able to cut down the lead time in responding to the needs of the customer.  By shaving off hours or days in completing the order we can remain competitive edge and retain our customers.  We tried various methods of tweaking the system to provide the information in a timely manner but it did not work.   Then we decided that the only way to do it was to install electronic data management for the shop floor.   Now we can make real time production changes when they are needed to get out orders out on time.
