Whenever 6 o’clock gets closer, I get the feeling of doom. My family and I are simply doomed to the barrage of callers from various companies who want to know how we feel about their product or service. “Do not call” list somewhat improved the problems but we still get quite a few phone calls right around our family dinner.  Wouldn’t it be easier to just send an online survey? With the right survey software the company saves money by not having to pay the call center and the customer can answer the survey at the most convenient time and not while chewing their dinner. Survey software is definitely the smarter choice.
