Wanting To Create a Creative Internet Marketing Company

I have been looking through the Internet traffic numbers that our website has received over the past 3 years and am thinking that we need to make some changes.  On top of having poor numbers as compared to our direct competition, we are not even growing on a year to year basis.  However, I am committed to getting our company back on top by using a creative internet marketing company.  They have the tools necessary to boost our hits up to 40% on average.  I know that there needs to be other things.  But having a specific team involved will speed up what has to happen.
