Ares Keeps My Friend Up To Date

There is one guy in our school that always has the latest releases on his MP3 player and his cell phone.  We can barely wait until he shows up each morning and we can find out what he has picked up the night before.  I thought for the longest time that he must be spending a fortune on tunes but knowing him did not think that he had the money to do that.   Instead he has gotten himself connected to the ares network.  He gets fast download speeds and always has access to countless files from all over the world.

The Best Piano Lessons Software

If you were to ask me what is the best piano lessons software, I honestly would never know the right answer. Why, you ask? It’s because it really is different from one person to another. There are a lot of things to consider before deciding on which piano lessons software to buy.

First, is your level of learning. Piano lessons software are usually categorized as beginner, intermediate and advanced lessons. Then, you also have to know your learning style and compare it to the teaching style used in the instructional software. Basically, it all depends on what the student needs as opposed to what the software has to offer.

Go For All You Can Get

What could be better than to live in an area that is beautiful in its own right, but is also close to breath-taking views of the ocean?  You can drive along the coast and experience the beauty every single day just because you have the opportunity to live in California.  Photographers in Orange County and Los Angeles have so much to put on film or to record digitally, it is astounding.  It is no wonder the people have crowded into Orange County and are there to stay.  You will want to visit the area and see if it is where you want to live.

The Smoky Mountain Nature at Laurel Falls

Laurel Falls is probably the most popular of all the waterfalls in the Smoky Mountain nature.  It is not a long distance from the Little River Road which traverses from the visitor’s center at Sugar Lands to Cades Cove. I believe since it is fairly easy to access is why it is visited by so many people due .I hiked up the trail to Laurel Falls one morning to photograph this popular destination.  I mounted my camera atop my tripod and took a few shots of it.  I soon became more captivated by the falls that were plunging down below.  After climbing down some rocks and boulders I was standing in front of a really beautiful image to be made. The photo I captured that day I named “Lower Laurel Falls”.

The Old Techniques I Had to Learn to Play Guitar Better

I have been playing the guitar for just a few years and I am getting ready to start my own band.  I really wanted to upgrade my skills by learning more of the older techniques for guitar so I could really jam and get a better sound from my guitar.  I bought the Guitar Mastery Coaching system and I was impressed with the 50 blues jam tracks that have really helped me to learn better techniques and play so much better.  I have finally found the sound I want for my guitar and band that will rock my little Indie area of music.  I know our audience will love us.

Bodhran For My Mom!

My mom was always a fan of Europe and ever since she was a sixth grader, she always wanted to go to Europe and visit all the places there including the birthplace of her mother – Ireland. And obviously, as she is so fond of that country, every little detail should be made known to my mother or else, something bad might happen. Kidding! As I grew up, I watched her play this kind of musical instrument called bodhran. The bodhran is a kind of drum and I never thought it is until mother told me. The music she produced by playing the bodhran was very harmonious and good to the ears.

My wife has an important birthday coming up.  She is turning forty and is not one bit happy about it.  The kids and I are planning a surprise party for her.  Her sister is even flying in to town to attend.  She is going to be so surprised.  I want to buy her a memorable gift.  I have decided I am going to buy her a sitar.  she has always talked about wanting to learn to play this instrument.  I have begun looking here in town but am having trouble locating a lefty sitar.  One store owner suggested that I look online for one.  She is going to love it.

The Roots of Country Music Videos

Country music originally came from just what it sounds like – the country, where folks made their own music. Much of country music has its roots in Appalachia where Scottish and Celtic people settled.

A lot of the instruments used in country music videos were also those used in the countries of origin to make folk music – violin (called a fiddle in country music), mandolin, banjo and of course, guitar.

Like rock and roll, country music has undergone many changes over the years and some types of ‘country’ bear little resemblance to the original definition. But then, music is ever changing.

What is The Rodgers and Hammerstein’s South Pacific About?

When I was younger I purchased Tickets to the broadway show south pacific as portrayed by our local theatre group. It was wonderful. I was amazed at how much local talent we have. Of course, being a small theatre group, it was definitely not as glamorous as the New York City version. However, it was still the same story that took place during World War II about a Navy nurse who fell in love with a local plantation owner. The songs performed throughout the show were numerous and most enjoyable. i would love to be able to see it in New York.
