Gaining weight is slow and can creep up on you with the nasty surprise of not being able to buckle up your belt. Little by little, your weight is added slowly over a period of time until you find out that instead of losing 10 pounds, you ended up gaining it instead. I started waking up about an hour earlier than usual just two months ago and started a light exercise program before breakfast. I would start with Hcg Phases a little stretching and than a little jogging on the spot. I continued by doing some jumping jacks and finished by doing some sit-ups and crunches.
