Here is an interesting set of height increase exercises that you can do with ankle weights. Strap on your ankle weights and swing each of the legs vigorously and quickly. First do 50 with each of the left and right leg, then do 100 with each, and finally do 50 again. This creates micro fractures in the bones which help them lengthen after filling up. Now sit on a really high chair or table such that your feet do not touch the floor. Wear about 10 lbs of ankle weights. Remain in that position for an hour for the micro fractures to extend and fill up.
