It is a known fact that with the increasing level of stress in our jobs today, all of us, at one point or the other, feel stressed. There I was sitting in office the other day and all of a sudden I felt the onset of those dreaded panic attacks. However, I was one step ahead of panic attacks this time. With the help of Panic Away I learnt how to control panic attacks. I learnt how to identify the triggers, avoid all sorts of coffee, soda, diet pills, etc., and in these simple ways I was able to control panic attacks from making my life a living hell. No more do I have to worry about the dizziness, the trembling, and putting my life on hold!
