My Toronto Real Estate Agent Is Helping Me Find The Right Home

So I have been looking for a home in the Toronto area for about a month now and I am having a hard time trying to make a decision on what to buy.  My Toronto real estate agent has been great in going over the pros and cons of each property.  The bigger issue is that none of the homes I am looking at are new and I cannot afford to buy something that is totally renovated.  Now my real decision is to what kind of work I am willing to do to the home.  My agent has been advising me also as to what renovations will get me the biggest returns.
