Ever Heard of RegCure?

So my computer has been on the fritz for about a month now. I’ve had it and I am fed up with this darn thing taking so long to boot up and have constant errors. Any one know of a good registry cleanser? I found this one while searching, regcure, and I don’t know what to make of it. It comes highly recommended from other sites and reviews, but I have yet to actually talk to someone about this product. Is it worth the money or am I just wasting my time and I should have a techy person come look at it.
