My Best Chocolate Cake

Last weekend I made my best chocolate cake so far. Usually, I am not a good cook and I am far from experienced in making cakes or cookies. The recipe I used was not an easy one, but somehow all stars and planets lined up in the right way last weekend and it just came out perfect. Before, I often had the problem that the chocolate icing was either to hard or too liquid. If it’s too hard, then the shape of the cake just looks not right and if it’s too soft, the icing will not stick to the cake. This time, everything was right and I’m glad I made pictures to preserve this lucky event forever.
