Looking for Jewish Travel Ideas for Big Families

I’m looking for a Jewish travel opportunity that my whole family can join this summer. My sister’s and brother’s families will be joining us, so we’ll be traveling in a big group. Actually, big is an understatement. I need to find packages that would allow us to customize the trip according to the family’s common interests. Nobody wants to force anybody to do something he or she doesn’t enjoy. Of course, I’m also looking for something that would cut us a good deal. There will be 16 of us in all. I hope I can find a travel package that would be feasible for all of us. Any suggestions?
